The two "star" stamps (yellow & orange) in one of the five lots purchased were damaged but seller required return of lot before crediting only the 99c price of lot, & not 45c for return postage. So buyer would receive net credit of only 99-45= 54c, forcing buyer to purchase more from seller who has a 1 in 5 problem rate (& who charges Paypal fee even for totals over $$8). n/a
